What is comment to DM on Instagram?
It is an automation that sends a direct message to anyone who comments a chosen keyword on your post or Reel. Meta Business Suite calls it “Comment to message”. It turns a public comment into a private conversation, where you can share a link, a price or a booking slot.
How do I set up auto reply on Instagram DMs?
Connect your Instagram professional account to Meta Business Suite, open Inbox on a computer, click Automations, then Create automation. Choose Instant reply, Away message, Frequently asked questions or Custom keywords. We can do this for you and write the replies.
Is WhatsApp Business automation free?
The WhatsApp Business app’s greeting messages, away messages and quick replies are free. On the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta charges per delivered template message. From 1 October 2026 service messages are also charged, with 1,000 free service messages per business number each month.
Can Facebook automatically reply to comments?
Yes. Meta Business Suite’s Comment to message automation sends a message reply to people who comment specific keywords on your posts. It is available on desktop. Private replies must be sent within 7 days of the comment.
Can YouTube reply to comments automatically?
Not officially. YouTube Studio lets you review and reply to comments, hold comments for review, block words and links, hide users, and use comment reply suggestions, but it does not send replies on its own. We reply by hand and use the filters to keep spam out.
